About Sam Madorsky

Sam Madorsky is the Vice President at M. Shapiro Real Estate Group, a privately held company based out of southeastern Michigan specializing in the operation and management of a variety of commercial real estate assets. M. Shapiro’s third-party commercial property management assets include over 200 properties in thirty-three states plus Canada. Under Sam’s oversight, properties are transitioned, stabilized and managed as court-appointed receiver, chief restructuring officer or directly for private owners, financial institutions and special servicers. Property under management includes apartments, manufactured housing communities, self-storage facilities, single-family homes, retail centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, vacant land and special-use properties in addition to various operating retail businesses.
