
Annie is an experienced restructuring and bankruptcy attorney who advises a wide
variety of companies and high-net worth individuals in both litigation and
transactional matters.
Her practice focuses on all aspects of insolvency matters, including debtor and
creditor representation in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and distressed asset sales
in bankruptcy, receivership, or assignment for benefit of creditors proceedings.
She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including cannabis, finance,
and real estate.
Annie’s significant engagements include representing the court-appointed receiver
in the first-time sale of cannabis licenses in a California receivership; obtaining
dismissal of all claims brought by the bankruptcy trustee against litigation financing
clients; and successfully prosecuting Chapter 5 actions in Chapter 11 and 7
proceedings.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Annie was a litigation associate in a California-
based boutique law firm. She also served as judicial clerk to Judges Meredith A.
Jury and Scott H. Yun of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District
of California from 2013-2016. Prior to her clerkships, Annie was a legal analyst for
an asset management firm.
