About Paul Brown

Paul Brown has spent nearly two decades solving organizations’ toughest workforce puzzles — from filling hard-to-find roles to rebuilding talent strategies from the ground up. As leader of Think Consulting’s Human Capital Management division, he sits at the intersection of traditional staffing and full-scale consulting, guiding clients through everything from a single critical hire to enterprise-wide workforce transformation.

Paul’s leadership philosophy owes as much to the sideline as the boardroom. Years spent coaching youth basketball, football, and baseball taught him lessons that translate directly to hiring: get the right people in the right roles, communicate constantly, and build teams that can adapt when the game changes.

A Cleveland native, Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Notre Dame College (2006) and stays just as active in his community as he is at work.
