About Will Hilton

Will Hilton is a National Commercial Underwriting Counsel for the Shared Commercial Underwriting Team and the Commercial Title and Escrow Solutions Team for First American Title Insurance Company. Since entering the title industry in 2009, he has developed deep expertise in complex commercial transactions nationwide. Prior to joining First American, he worked as a National Commercial Counsel for a national underwriter handling commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. He also worked as a local underwriter in Middle Tennessee where he handled commercial transactions and provided guidance to title agents. Additionally, Will served as a managing counsel of a large regional team handling title claims and litigation. Before transitioning to the title industry, he practiced commercial litigation with a strong focus on construction litigation.

Will has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar. Will also contributes to his community by serving as a member of the Community Development Board for Neptune Beach, Florida.
