About Matthew Hendricksen

Matthew L. Hendricksen is a partner in Plunkett Cooney’s Chicago office who maintains a wide ranging practice that includes expertise in banking law, business litigation, creditors’ rights and real estate law. Mr. Hendricksen represents financial institutions in the areas of loan origination, loan workout, responding to garnishments, loan restructuring, foreclosures, receiverships and other banking-related litigation, including defense of financial institutions.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hendricksen worked in the investment division of a large national bank. Admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Illinois and Wisconsin, Mr. Hendricksen is a member of the Illinois State and Chicago bar associations
