About Jennifer K. Faubion

Jenny Faubion is a partner and leader of the Cairncross & Hempelmann Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice team. Jenny advises businesses and individuals on commercial bankruptcy, insolvency, and related legal matters, with an emphasis on restructuring, strategic planning, and receiverships. She has extensive experience representing secured creditors, agricultural lenders, small to mid-sized private lenders, asset-purchasers in bankruptcy and receivership, debtors, and is nationally regarded for her representation of receivers in financially and operationally complex receiverships.

Jenny is on the Global Board of Trustees of Turnaround Management Association, serves on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association Creditor Debtor Rights Section and is also an active Board Member for WOMBATS (Women in Bankruptcy). Jenny also serves on the WSBA’s Receivership Statutory Revisions Task Force.
