About Marc Skapof

Marc Skapof is a partner at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB), where he focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring, distressed M&A, and debt finance transactions. He regularly represents debtors, secured lenders, committees, and asset purchasers in Chapter 11 cases, including complex asset sales under Section 363 and plan transactions. Marc has been recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyer in Bankruptcy and Business for ten consecutive years. He is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a master’s degree in political science.
