About Laura Geyer

Laura is an experienced intellectual property attorney with over 25 years of practice spanning the full spectrum of IP law. After starting her career in high-stakes IP litigation, over years at large law firms, she developed a broad, integrated practice focusing on trademarks for portfolios large and small, copyright, internet and social media issues, counterfeiting, rights of publicity and privacy, trade secrets and, in recent years, how generative AI interweaves with these areas of the law. Known among colleagues and clients not only for her core practice of trademark and copyright law, but as a consummate IP generalist and the go-to for complex or unconventional IP questions, Laura also has deep expertise in drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements and managing IP due diligence for corporate transactions. In 2024, Laura joined ND Galli Law, an IP and commercial litigation boutique particularly sought after for complex and technical trade secrets cases.
