Harold represents debtors, fiduciaries (trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors and receivers), asset purchasers, secured lenders, landlords, creditors and official creditor committees in workouts (in- and out-of-court) and reorganizations throughout the country. Harold brings compassion and understanding to what usually a very stressful period is for all involved.
Mr. Israel is a Chambers “ranked practitioner” and is included in The Best Lawyers in America, since 2013 and Illinois Super Lawyers since 2019 for his work in the practice area of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
