About John Paul Dick

John Paul (J. P.) Dick is the founder and manager of Pinnacle Energy Services, LLC. He has been a consulting petroleum engineer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma since 1998 and was an engineer for Marathon, JMA, and Enserch prior to starting Pinnacle. He provides reserve and economic evaluations, regulatory and litigation expert testimony, well and field reviews, and various reservoir and operations analyses to numerous clients concerning oil and gas activities. J. P. graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Oklahoma and Texas and is a member of SPE & SPEE.
