Cliff has over thirty years of extensive experience concentrating on all aspects of corporate debt restructuring, Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 cases and insolvency proceedings.

An experienced litigator in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout the country, Cliff has fought hard in representing his clients’ interests. He is highly adept at coming up with unique strategies for dealing with financially-troubled entities, of all sizes, and relies on his broad knowledge to assist clients in running their small, medium and large businesses.
