About Steven Lustig

Steven Lustig is the founder and CEO of Lustig Global Consulting, which helps companies achieve success and growth through effective governance, operational excellence, strategic guidance, and risk mitigation. He enables companies to improve profitability, increase cash flow, reduce inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction through creating custom supply chain and manufacturing strategies. Steven also guides companies in establishing robust risk identification, assessment, and mitigation programs.

His career path has taken him from a startup to a Fortune 100 company. Prior to forming Lustig Global Consulting, he led supply chain, logistics, and new product introduction at a private equity-owned design and manufacturing firm, where he had responsibility for three business units and a $100 million P&L. Steven conducted operational due diligence on 7 acquisitions (10 factories) and led the integration effort for that function. He reduced the company’s risk exposure by creating a Disaster Recovery Plan for all sites and initiating the company’s first Sustainability Team.
Steven Lustig serves on the Board of Directors of private company Loh Medical and on its Risk Assessment Committee. He serves as President and board member of Atlanta Technology Angels, an angel investing organization. He also serves on the board of Nepalese Children’s Education Fund, which raises donations to provide scholarships to underprivileged students in Nepal.

Steven earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) and an MBA from Georgia Tech, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from MIT. He was awarded a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He has written articles for various publications, including the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Industry Week. He frequently appears on panels for business organizations such as the World Trade Center Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
