Erin’s practice is concentrated in domestic and international patent prosecution and preparation, including serving as a U.S. associate for foreign-originating patent work by way of the Paris Convention, PCT national phase, and bypass route filings. She primarily works with clients in telecommunications and networking, computer architecture, electronics, semiconductor, software, medical device, business method, and mechanical system-based industries. Erin additionally assists her clients with their trademark and design patent needs.
