About Robert Hammeke

Robert A. Hammeke is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and in the Reorganization, Insolvency and Restructuring practices of Dentons US LLP. Bob is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas and offices in Kansas City, Missouri.  Bob’s primary practice involves loan enforcements, receiverships and workouts relating to commercial real estate, including receiverships relating to over $500 million of commercial real estate property in 2017.  Bob’s practice involves all aspects or creditor-debtor relationships, including out-of-court workouts and restructurings, loan exit strategies, pre-judgment loan remedies, non-judicial and judicial foreclosures, including UCC foreclosures, enforcement of assignment of rent remedies, defending lender liability claims and debtor counterclaims, obtaining and collecting on monetary judgments against borrowers and recourse or carve-out recourse guarantors, and  representing secured and unsecured and other interests in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings.  Bob has been selected as “Super Lawyer” in the area of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights each year since 2012.
