About Jeanne Peck

Jeanne Darrow Peck is an investor and consultant in the vibrant and undercapitalized communities and affordable housing in Chicago. She has invested in multifamily projects in Auburn-Gresham, Humboldt Park and Woodlawn and has advised on acquisitions in Oak Park, South Shore and Englewood. Jeanne has extensive transactional and finance experience in her 30-year career and has focused on growing Darrow Peck Investment & Consulting. She left “corporate life” at the end of 2018 to explore her interest in naturally occurring affordable housing drawing on the institutional relationships and multifamily experience she gained over her career.
