Brandon B. Smith is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TEN), an $8 billion global manufacturing company with approximately 26,000 employees worldwide. He has responsibility for managing the company’s attorneys and legal affairs in the U.S. and multiple countries abroad, including with respect to securities, corporate governance, finance and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Tenneco, Brandon was a corporate attorney with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, representing both public and private enterprises on a wide variety of corporate engagements.
Brandon earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Business Management from Hiram College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif.
