Martin Goldman, the senior member of the firm, has been practicing law in the Southern California area since January, 1970. Mr. Goldman has been a patron member of the Commercial Law League of America for well over 20 years. He has been an active participant in most regional meetings, and is a recent Past-Chair of the Western Region. Mr. Goldman has been a lecturer and guest speaker for California Continuing Education of the Bar programs, National Business Institute and many industry and management groups. Mr. Goldman also serves on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Certification. Martin Goldman is also one of only 8 people in the State of California to receive a Certification as a Creditors Rights Specialists, issued by the American Board of Certification.
