Norman Craig is an honors graduate of Temple University with a BS in Secondary Education/Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University. He began his career with the iconic Marion Laboratories, Inc. founded by the legendary Ewing Kauffman. Norman began his career as a pharmaceutical representative in Trenton, NJ in 1977 and earned Sales Representative of the year honors in 1978.

Norman later held positions including Director of the Northwestern Sales Division, Director of Human Resources for Marion Merrell Dow North America, Director of Management and Technical Training and Senior Director of Administrative Services for Hoechst Marion Roussel.

After a 20 year career in pharmaceuticals, Norman became the VP Managing Director of the IT consulting organization Cap Gemini/Sogeti which later became Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He also was the VP Managing Director of the Kansas City Unit of Immedient and was the founder of the entrepreneurial IT consulting firm Genesis 10 in Kansas City.

Norman began working with New York Life as an agent in 2004, and in 2006, he relocated to the Greater Kansas City business unit. Today, he is a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities, LLC and Principal with ProPartners Wealth. Norman has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable* every year since 2010, has achieved wide recognition as an Annuity Elite Circle recipient, and he became a President’s Council Agent of New York Life in 2012.

Norman has taught graduate school for over 25 years in Webster University’s Master’s program and has been elected to public office in Overland Park, KS. He is a member of the Overland Park Rotary and served on their Board for 5 years. He is currently the Membership Chair for the club.
