Jerry freedman has been CEO of Freedman Seating Company for eight years. Before that he was president since 1973. Jerry Graduated in 1959 from IIT with a Bachelor of Science and Engineering. Freedman is a leading manufacturer of bus seats for buses of all types from vans to city buses. They are the leading manufacturer of upholstered seats for walk-in trucks. Freedman is reaching out to new markets such as rail and ferry boats. Freedman was founded in 1893 and has been a family business ever since. Presently Jerry has a son and two step sons who are now running day to day operations in the company.
