About Robert Sieland

Rob Sieland is a Partner in the Corporate & Finance practice group of Much Shelist, a full-service firm with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles.   Rob is a seasoned corporate attorney who understands the business world inside and out. His decades of experience in private practice and in-house counsel roles allow him to understand the needs and concerns of the C-suite, boardroom, and management seeking to navigate the most sensitive and mission-critical matters.

Rob’s work spans the full spectrum of corporate and securities matters, including bet-the-company and routine transactions and litigation, public and private debt and equity financings, activist investors, changing boards and CEOs, international expansion and retraction, and the navigation of sensitive regulatory environments. Before joining Much Shelist, Rob served in chief corporate and international attorney roles at Adtalem Global Education (now known as Covista), R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company, and Hub Group, where he led the planning and execution of U.S. and international transactions ranging in value from $1 million to $2 billion.
