I want to attend a Financial Poise webinar. What do I do?

The sign up process varies depending on whether or not you are signing up for a webinar West LegalEd has co-produced. While you can search all Financial Poise webinars on this website, the actual sign up and payment for webinars co-produced by West LegalEd are handled by West LegalEd, which will also arrange for CLE credit if you are an attorney.The sign up process for all other Financial Poise webinars is done from the Financial Poise website. Simply click “Sign up for this webinar” located in an orange box on the left hand side of the description page. You will immediately be brought to the payment screen where you will enter in your name and payment information. Once entered, you will receive two emails. One will be an email receipt of your payment and the other will contain your personalized link to join the webinar you purchased. You will also receive that link by email one day prior to the premiere date. If you do not receive your personalized link, please contact us at [email protected].

How do I pay for a webinar?

You can pay online with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Our online payment processing is done through a secure third-party website. We do not accept checks. If you need assistance in the payment process, please contact us at [email protected].

If I am unable to attend a live webinar, how long do I have to participate in the webinar?

There is no time limit. You do not need to finish a webinar in a single session, and you may return whenever you wish. You may watch the webinar as many times as you wish.

Can I use my iPhone, Blackberry, iPad, or other tablet or mobile device to participate in webinars?

SBAC partnered webinars are not supported on a mobile device. You must use a computer to participate in a webinar.West LegalEd partnered webinars are accessible with CLE Mobile. CLE Mobile allows attorneys and other professionals to listen to more than 5,000 continuing legal education (CLE) programs on their iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. West LegalEdcenter has recreated its online experience with the free CLE Mobile app. All of the regulatory safeguards that states require have been incorporated in the mobile environment. What are the technical requirements for Financial Poise small business webinars?

PC-based attendees:
Required: Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003 Server or 2000

Macintosh-based attendees:
Required: Mac OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger) or newerAudio can be heard either through the telephone or through computer speakers.For recorded small business webinars, you will need computer speakers and Windows Media Player. Some operating systems will require a codec patch that can be downloaded for free from www.gotomeeting.com/codec.

Will I earn CLE or CPE for attending a webinar?

Financial Poise webinars co-produced with West LegalEd generally qualify for CLE and CPE. However, you must confirm this is the case before you sign up for any West LegalEd webinar, on the West LegalEd website.

Financial Poise webinars that are not co-produced with West LegalEd have not been pre-qualified for CLE or CPE.
