Tobin J. Reiff is a Director in the Valuation & Financial Opinions Group. Mr. Reiff has extensive experience providing professional valuation advisory services in the fields of taxation, litigation, and corporate transactions. He provides services for fairness and solvency opinions, estate and gift taxation, board of directors advisory services, shareholder and corporate transaction disputes, and divorce litigation. In addition, Mr. Reiff has considerable experience in the area of financial reporting valuation, including business combinations, intangible asset valuations, impairment testing, and valuation of debt and financial instruments. His experience spans a diverse client base, from regional middle-market businesses to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, private equity funds and hedge funds, private clients, law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions.

Mr. Reiff has authored articles, lectured, and presented continuing education seminars on various business valuation and transaction advisement topics, and has provided expert testimony.

Mr. Reiff has earned the right to use Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Houston.
