Managing Director in the Special Situations Finance Group and Restructuring & Recapitalization Group of Jefferies & Co. with 17 years of Investment Banker experience. Recently started the Special Situations Finance Group at Jefferies, which focuses on raising capital for distressed, highly levered or otherwise challanged companies.  Area’s of focus include rescue financing, financing for acqusitions of distressed companies or assets, exit financing and DIP financing.
Experienced and trusted adviser to companies, boards of directors, senior lenders, bondholders, unsecured creditor committees as well as other parties-in-interest.  Advised on transactions with over $30 billion of restructuried liabilities.  Industry expertise in Gaming, Retail, Consumer & Industrials.

Company representations include Arthur D. Little, Apex Silver, Borders Group, Buffet Holdings,   Robotic Vision Systems, Tony Roma’s, The Newark Group, TIMCO Aviation, Uno’s Restaurants, Bruegger’s, Ameriserve and Hancock Fabrics.  Creditor and other representations include Adelphia (FrontierVision), Gateway Casinos, Circuit City, Trump Atlantic City, Harrah’s Jazz (New Orleans), Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Eircom Ltd, Transeastern Homes, Maxim Crane (Anthony Crane), Majestic Star and Mechala Group Limited.   Member of Jefferies Debt Review Committee.  Former member of Houlihan Lokey’s national training committee.  Speaker on nurmerous restructuring topics including Selling the Distressed Company, Native American Gaming and Distressed Investing.
