Jerry Neitlich (Night-lick) brings over 30 years of corporate business experience as the principal of IN/House Corporate Real Estate.
Jerry spent six years with the corporate real estate division of Marcus & Millichap during a time when few commercial real estate firms specialized in representing corporate tenants. There, he began his focus on assisting closely held companies not only with their relocation but also helping his clients manage their real estate matters on a continuing basis. While at Marcus & Millichap, he helped author the first UCI Corporate Real Estate Survey which identified many special needs small companies had regarding the management of their real estate. The results of that study set a foundation for establishing his present firm, IN/House Corporate Real Estate in 1993.
Today, Jerry’s clients turn to IN/House not just as a broker for their space needs but rather as their in-house real estate department for the long-term whenever any real estate related matters arise. Jerry assists his clients in creating a strategic facility plan, assisting in all aspects of the lease transaction including lease negotiations as it relates to business issues that might impact his clients. Most important, as real estate matters come up during the term, Jerry is available to his clients to address those matters on their behalf.
Jerry has contributed to features in The Orange County Register, The Orange County Business Journal, and The Orange County Lawyer. He has been interviewed on a variety of media shows regarding tenant issues and is often quoted in national business publications. In addition, he has spoken to numerous groups on real estate issues including the Real Estate Section of the Orange County Bar regarding leasing issues, the MAI on appraising commercial leases, Provisors Real Estate Group on tenant/landlord relations and is often called on by attorneys to address the business issues often of issue in leasing matters.
He resides in Irvine, CA with his wife, Merry, a legal marketing consultant.
