Bankruptcy law is generally a federal practice governed by Title 11 of the United States Code (the Bankruptcy Code). However, bankruptcy law is far from an insular practice; due to the myriad legal issues that arise during a bankruptcy case, there is substantial interplay between bankruptcy law and other areas of law. Such as Intellectual Property Law, Labor/Employment Law, and Environmental Law. This webinar series focuses on how issues involving other areas of the law are treated through the prism of bankruptcy.
