Tom has tried or arbitrated about 20 cases. He has also argued appeals before both New York State and Federal appellate courts. He is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
A 1988 graduate of the Fordham University School of Law, he received a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
Tom is an avid chess player and political enthusiast who lives in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn with his wife Nancy and their son Nicholas, the pride and joy of their lives.
