Donna Hartl is a partner at the law firm of Golan Christie Taglia LLP and is both an attorney and a certified public accountant. She focuses her tax practice on tax dispute work and tax counseling and planning. She also chairs the estate planning, probate and nonprofit area of the firm. Donna is a former chair of the Federal Tax Section of the Illinois State Bar Association and has been a member of the Board of Directors of numerous nonprofit boards over the years, currently serving on the advisory Board of Turning Point Behavioral Health Care in Skokie, IL. Prior to her service at Golan Christie Taglia LLP, she was of counsel at the firm of Seyfarth, Shaw and prior to that, a supervisor at the firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
