Bruce Sherman is Managing Director with Altus Growth Partners.
For over thirty years, Bruce Sherman has advised and coached senior business leaders, business owners, business developers, entrepreneurs and boards of public and private companies to increase their individual and team effectiveness by cultivating this new skill set and producing the results they commit to produce.
Bruce has worked with over 120 CEOs and their teams to generate specific, measurable outcomes in the domains of leadership performance and business development. Clients include: CEO’s, business owners, managing partners, client developers and their teams in Global Fortune 500 companies, private equity, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, not for profit and start-ups.
Prior to co-founding Altus, he was Principal and Global Practice Leader in Towers Watson’s Leadership Performance Practice. At Hewitt Associates, he held P/L responsibility for the firm’s Talent and Organization Change Practice and led the Executive Compensation business. He was Senior Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing with CBRE (Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis).
Bruce holds a B.S. in Speech Communication from Florida State University. He is a certified Ontological Coach. He also holds coaching certifications with ICF (PCC), Marshall Goldsmith, Newfield Network and The Institute for Generative Leadership. He has completed extensive graduate coursework in the Philosophy of Language, Biology, Psychology, Physiology, Neuroscience and Somatics.
