Gary Chodes currently serves as CEO of Signal Funding, a broad-based litigation finance player with operations in Miami, New York and Chicago. Previously, Gary was associated (as founder and CEO) with consumer legal funding giant Oasis and general partner at commercial litigation provider Courthouse Investments. Gary also has extensive experience in the marketplace lending space, having founded US small business lender Raiseworks (now part of GLI Finance Ltd and previously served as CEO of American Consumer Lending (an affiliate of Prospect Capital, a leading purchaser of consumer marketplace lending assets from originators such as Prosper and Lending Club.
